Following a similar formula to the duo’s previous release, the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650R “Red” builds on top of the high-top basketball- silhouette, so here’s what to expect from the upcoming pair. Though previous versions of the collaborative sneaker arrived in an all-leather construction, the “Red” ALD x NB 650R arrives in a mix of suede and mesh. A washed, garnet tone dresses the entirety of these suede panels, while the off-white mesh collar and toebox provide a pop of contrast that also manages to emulate vintage vibes.
