We offer two shipping options for your convenience: standard shipping and express shipping. Standard shipping is free on most orders and takes 10-15 business days after payment. Express shipping costs extra and takes 5-7 business days after payment. You can see the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before you pay.

Shipping time and tracking
We ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. If you place your order on a weekend, we will ship it on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the tracking website. Please note that some countries may have delays in customs clearance or delivery that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Refunds
We care about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement. Please provide us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the problem. We will then process your request as soon as possible.
